What happens after I send the form?
We ring you back, usually the same day, to ask a couple of questions and fix a time to come and look. If it is an active leak, say so in the message and we will treat it as urgent.
Should I send photos?
If you can get one safely from the ground or of the ceiling, yes. Email them to the address on this page after you have sent the form. A photo of a stain or a tile in the garden tells us a lot before we arrive. Please do not get on the roof to take one.
Do you charge for coming out?
No. The inspection and the quote are free, with no obligation. The only thing you ever pay for is work you have agreed to in writing.
Can I just get a rough price over the phone?
We will give you an honest range for the type of job if you describe it, but we will not give a firm price without seeing the roof. A firm price from the phone is a guess dressed up, and it tends to go up on the day.
